Wear-resistant casting is a kind of wear-resistant material widely used in various industrial fields, mainly used in heavy equipment such as ball mills, as grinding media or wear-resistant parts.
Wear-resistant castings are wear-resistant parts made of specific alloy materials by casting process, which are mainly divided into two categories:
1. Chromium alloy cast iron section: made of white cast iron with chromium as the main alloying element, with high hardness, high wear resistance and good impact resistance.
2. Ductile iron casting section: The matrix obtained by heat treatment is mainly made of bainite or martensitic ductile iron, which also has excellent wear resistance.
Steel grinding ball is a grinding medium used in the ball mill, mainly used for grinding materials, so that it can reach a finer use standard.
According to the different materials and manufacturing processes, steel balls are mainly divided into three categories: forged steel balls, cast steel balls and hot-rolled steel balls, and can be further subdivided into low chromium alloy casting balls, multiple alloy balls and high chromium alloy casting balls according to the standards of chromium content and hardness.
